If you decide to move forward, I install my remote management software on the computer(s) you select, as well as data backup software and antivirus. The pricing for this software bundle is $15/month per computer.
When an issue arises, you contact me, and we will schedule a screen share session to troubleshoot the issue. The pricing for remote support time is $25/15 minutes.

What devices are supported?
The remote management, backup, and antivirus software all work on both Mac and PC. Chromebooks and mobile devices such as iPads, iPhones, or Android devices are not supported. However, I am happy to troubleshoot issues with those devices over the phone or email.
What if an issue cannot be addressed remotely?
In the event that a remote solution is not possible, we will set up a time for me to make an in-person visit to troubleshoot the problem. The pricing for in-person support is the same as the pricing for remote support.
How quickly will my issue be addressed?
For remote support, I am usually able to schedule a screen share for the same day. If an in-person visit is required, it may take 1-2 business days.
Does the remote software allow you to access my computer when I'm not there?
No. I am only able to do a screen share session with the explicit permission of the user. During the onboarding session, we will do a test screen share so you can get a better idea of what to expect.
